A local host teaches visitors to bake lavash — Armenia's UNESCO-listed flatbread — alongside a handful of other Armenian dishes, in a hands-on 2-hour class that runs year-round from 12,000 AMD. It's a good way to get beyond restaurant meals and understand the everyday cooking of the region.
