Gegharkunik
This 2-hour ride climbs from the lakeshore into the meadows above Sevan, at the edge of the Geghama mountain range, combining lake views with high-pasture scenery. Running May through October from 15,000 AMD, it's a good way to see the landscape above the lake without a full hiking commitment.
