Ararat
The Azat Reservoir sits in a bowl of hills below the Yeranos Mountains, its calm turquoise water making it one of the few spots in Armenia where stand-up paddleboarding works year-round. A 2-hour session costs from 8,000 AMD and needs no prior experience — instructors get first-timers upright and moving within minutes. The flat water and mountain backdrop make it as much a scenic outing as a workout.
