Armavir
Zvartnots, the 'cathedral of the vigilant angels,' was a 7th-century architectural landmark before it collapsed centuries ago, and its UNESCO-listed ruins are now among Armenia's most striking archaeological sites. A 1-hour visit costs 1,500 AMD and is open year-round, with Mount Ararat often visible in the background.
