The aim of the Bread in the Mountains festival is to show the guests the history of bread and also to show the visitors how difficult it is to bake it. It also aims to show that bread is not only a material product for Armenians but has a great spiritual value. During the festival, the restaurants and private cooks represent Armenian traditional festive and ritual cuisine. Nearly 13 pavilions are presented in this festival which presents the traditional national dishes. Most of the food is made in front of the guests. During the festival, you will have the opportunity to taste different dishes, drinks, and bread.

Bread in the Mountains

The traditional folk songs and dances, other events are an inseparable part of any Armenian festival. Do not miss a chance to see why bread is an important part of Armenian national cuisine. The entrance tickets are 1500 AMD. It takes place near the Erebuni Museum (Yerevan).
