It is one of the favorite festivals for all the Armenians because the fish symbolizes Christianity. The first time it was held in Abovyan city (located in Kotayk region) in 2014. During the festival, the professional cooks and chefs will present the national and the different dishes made of fish.
Within the framework of the festival, nearly 20-25 pavilions present their dishes. Many companies and the restaurant complexes take part in this festival and present their recipes and methods of making the fish.
