Armavir
A local host teaches visitors to bake lavash, Armenia's traditional flatbread, in a clay tonir oven using techniques passed down through generations. The 90-minute session runs year-round from 8,000 AMD and is a hands-on way to understand a food so central to Armenian cuisine it's recognized by UNESCO.
